I'm also on SD, I'm not touching the Indy game because I don't know how much effect the Dungy's kid situation will have, and I don't know who is being rested and for how long. Just seems like too many uncertainties for me to predict an accurate spread.
Boy, you got me confused with a man who repeats himself.

The last game similar to this was the last game of the season last year.

Pitsburgh was 14-1 and was a 9 point underdog to Buffalo. Buffalo was in the playoffs with a win and out with a loss. Pittsburgh won the game outright with their 3rd and 4th string RBs. Verron Hayes and some guy named Willie Parker. Tommy Gun Maddox was under center too.

Great teams play for pride no matter what the situation and the back ups in those games are playing balls to the walls to get more playing time or to get a free agent contract somewhere else. I wont be surprised if Indy wins the game. I almost put some money on Indy at 3-1 but changed my mind.

I would agree except that NE has nothing to play for. They are finally getting healthy and I doubt they want to get anyone else hurt.

I tried to cancle the Indy bet after seeing how many guys didnt even make the trip to Seattle, but it was too late to cancel so nothing to do now but hope they dont want to be embarressed by the team that, if they see them again, it will be in the SuperBowl.

The fix was definitely on in the Giants/Skins game, I've never seen such a one sided game by the officials. Freakin hideous.

The only playoff game I like this week is Jacksonville +8. Jacksonville just doesnt get blown out so I think they cover this with a small chance of them actually winning outright

I think that's a good pick, I'm a Jags fan but even I know that they probably will lose this one, but +8 is definitely not in character. I got 21:1 on a Pats-Bears Superbowl, so I'm kinda torn this week.

They're the only team left that I would root for... not that I'll watch anything but the superbowl anyway

I took Pitt -2 1/2, so I hope you're wrong there Icey... I DO know what you mean though... I STILL think Cincy gets no respect, having suffered in the gutter since I was 10...

Wrong about what? I think the Steelers will win. Im just saying that the line is way off from where it shoud be. I guess everyone else thinks Pitt will win also which is why the line swung so much, but this is the playoffs. Road teams rarely win and for a road wild card team to be favored over a division winner at home is hard to believe.

Is anyone else thrilled that ELI crybaby tittysucker manning is laying an absoilute egg right now. This kid forced his way out of SD, the most livable city in the US, with the best Te and the best RB in the NFL - to go play for Tom Coughlin and Little Blue. And he had his daddy and his agent do it for him. i hope he takes a helmet in his nutsack from Mr. peppers.

And yes I am a bitter Jets fan. F*ck you too Herm, you couldn't manage a clock with 2 helpers, a compass and whistle.
