Anybody think Cincy -8.5 at Detroit this week is a safe bet?

not a giant fan of laying so many points, but it seems okay... I think Pitt -3 is a LOCK if you can still get it...

yeah, I already got Pitt-3 and Dallas+3. Thought this Cincy game looked like a sure win but I know 8.5 points for a visiting team is a pretty big margin unless you score as often as Seattle does. I see your Dolphins are -8 at home against the Jets, MVP. Think they'll cover? I know I couldn't bet that one.

I think they win, but betting on the Dolphins is like sticking your penis in the blender, pushin a button, and hoping that the fuse you flipped was the right one... There's a halfway decent chance they beat the living snot outta the Jets at home... But, as a Dolphins fan who has sat through many an abaation of a Jets game at Dolphins Stadium, I'm not touchin that with a 100-foot pole...

Look for a big day from Willie Parker of the Steelers. This guy is one of the fastest RBs in the league. Not the best, but one of the fastest. He rarley gets to play on artificial turf like he does today. He will be even faster on the turf and the Vikings run defense is very average even after a string of games against really bad teams.

Parker goes over 100 yards and the Steelers dominate the clock and the game. Playoffs here we come!

I can't believe how lopsided it was. It was like they didn't show up until the 2nd half and even then it wasn't that good. I see a lot of offensive line moves coming this off season. Running game can't get started if the line don't make a few holes here and there and also keep Bledsoe upright. They got dominated in a game that they needed very badly. That does not bode well for the rest of the season. Oh well, at the beginning of this season I didn't think they were on for the superbowl this year anyway. I was thinking it would take 1 more good draft like they've had the past 2 years to get them to the superbowl. Now it looks like I'm gonna have to wait and find out if I was right instead of hoping for it to happen this year. On the bright side, at least I learned the basics of sports betting this season. No more bets for me on the Cowboys this year though.

Im taking SD even against KC today. Both teams need the game badly. I actually would rather KC win because it helps Pittsburghs playoff bid, but I think SD is a better team and is at the peak of momentum and confidence.

Im also taking Indy +10. I know they may rest certain people, but this is a very possible SuperBowl preview. Indy will not laydown in this game. Seattle only has to win 1 one of their final 2 games to clinch home field and they have a cake walk game next week. They know it and I know it. They WILL get home field if they win this game or not.

Theyre not going to risk any major injuries either. If they happen to get a nice lead, they may rest some people also which will make it tough to cover a 10 point spread. I dont think Seattle can beat Indy by 10 even if Indy plays some back ups. They have serious depth on this team.
