Today is what is called a shity night of poker.

4 donkamnets $10 $5k guarentee, 2 $25 tubros and a $22 10 player. 0 for 4 on all in coin flips. In one of the $25 turbos I cashed in 3rd but only after pushing Ah Th into the 2nd big stack who calls with 33 and obv I'm a 3;1 dog. The other turbo there are 4 left my M is 4. Folds to me in the SB I push AK, BB wakes up with AA. Yippeeee

On to cash games where flops were not my friend, neither were draws. I got KK 3 times in a matter of 2 min and the result was bad. Table 1 hand avg pot of $32 at a $50 table, I finally get KK in the SB and its folds al the way around to me, I make it $2 and the BB folds. Next hand same table. Its raised in EP to $2.50 from one of the idiots 3 callers. I make it $12.50. BB calls, flop is T . He checks I fire $15 he calls. Turn 3, he checks I push, he calls with AA. Other table I get KK is the SB and win a limper and BB.

Both finals are done, first one went well. The second one.... Well its gonna be a large curse since it was ridiculously hard. I think I probably got around a 30%-40%, everyone else got killed to. We got 4 pages of notes and 3 hrs to do 18 pages. Given use of the internet and 6 hrs I still likely don't get above 60%.

Donkament, I repush AQ with an M 8. Get called by KJ who flops a K and I dont improve. Then get deep in the 2nd one. Make it to 3 handed, repuhs A2s into AK and flop 227. I beat the worlds worst heads up poker player. Play bad win, play goot lose.

I Commerce casino, as soft as Vegas is I really think LA gives it a run for its money. I got up this morning and wasn't feeling so great, all the stress of school and finals and I come down with a cold. The plan had been to drive up to Commerce play all day, get a room, play tomorrow too and drive back tomorrow night. Well I felt kinda crappy so I wasnt sure what I was going to do. I decided to try to make it up to LA anyways.

Hand 3: Same grumpy old man. I call his $20 raise from the BB with . Flop is 2. I checks and it checks around. Turn , I lead $45, he angrily calls. River . I make the same $100 bet, he pushs for $75 more. I call, he has Q. I turn my hand over and he snaps his hand over so fast I kinda thought I lost until I realized he had only one club.

Hand 4: I am the Button with 99, I raise to $30 and get 2 callers. Flop is 643r. Long haired moron checks. Asain lady pushs for $90, I call. Lomg haired moron pushs for $200 more. I call. He has 55 she has 65. turn 8 river 3, SHIP ME DA MONIES.

Kind of an odd sessions but in a good way. I really didn't make a lot of big hands most of my profit came from playing borderline hands, well. I think I only called one river bet and didn't win at showdown. I really didnt get a lot of big pairs and I didn't flop a set, still love the results, I needed a big session, my BR has been steadily dwindling mostly from food and other necessities. Going to LA I only had $2000 in cash BR adding 50% to that is pretty nice.

I was supposed to meet up with MK but he is a pansy and was busy at work, I ended up driving back to SD instead of staying in LA. I might do that later in the week if I am felling better.
