I try to do a variation of option 1. I start by saying “Yes honey” and then politely request her to ask next time. The key to this approach is the next sentence that you say. For me, my gf will think this is a segway into option 3, but you can’t let that happen. When the segway starts you need to keep the emphasis on the “Yes I am willing” and add the request as an afterthought.

I have found that 3 is only appropriate for things that really bug you. It sounds like this is just a minor annoyance, so my guess is that it isn’t worth the battle.
