How is being drunk in control of a gun any different to being drunk in control of a car? Why should the law treat either behaviour differently?
We haven't had much coverage of this incident at all in the UK but, come on, going out hunting while you're whizzed off your tits on bourbon or whatever is not very smart, is it?
Mind you, as it was a lawyer who caught one in the mug, I'd describe more as "natural selection" than "manslaughter"...
