Come one people, the officiiating wasnt great. The holding call was iffy, at first glance it did look like holding but on the replay it looks like a bad call. The offensive PI was the right call. The push off was blatent he put his hand on the defenders chest and made a full push to get space, that is the defintion of offensive pass interfearence. It looked like in replay that they got the Rothelesburger TD right, it definatly looked the the edge of the ball crossed the edge of the end zone line.

I really could have cared less who won, I have no strong feelings for either team, but all the people blaiming the refs is just trying to point the finger at someone else. Seattle deserved to lose, they played a lacklusted game, made mistakes all over the place and looked like by far the worst team.

Roethlisbergers record AND QB rating is better than Bradys in the last 2 years. Im not taking anything away from Brady. I think hes the best QB in the league, but if Big Ben wins another SuperBowl they will be in the same class. Ben played badly in this game but lets not forget his 7 TDs and 1 INT with a 124 QB rating in the 3 previous playoff games all on the road against very good teams that most people expected them to lose.

But because of age, size and a few other factors, theres not a single QB in the league that I would take over Big Ben right now. Palmer and Brady are close though.

Ice, I wasn't knocking BR, just that it isn't quite unfathomable. It has been done, albeit only once. I agree that what he's done is incredible. I really like him. If we didn't have Tom Terrific, I'd be pretty depressed. I doubt this will be his last appearance in the big one.

I was suprised that Vegas has Pittsburgh longer odds to repeat than the Seahawks, and esp the Colts. Then, I remember the purpose of setting a line is to get callers. I wouldn't put money on the Colts, not until they prove they can actually win a big game, and even then it would have the be the last one of the season to convince me. How empty is the Manning family trophy case??? Mutha must be thick with dust.

I notice that none of the haters noticed or cared that the refs missed THAT call. Stevens caught the ball and clearly was stripped by the Steeler DB. The ref called it incomplete.

And by the way, this might be the greatest thread hijack ever........The point was that I talked alot of shit about the Steelers all year and I put my money where my mouth was!!!!
