Hero has
[5h] and limps in from LP. Multi-way pot, about $3.
Flop is
[8d][7h]. Pretty! UTG bets $2, gets two calls, I raise it to $8, UTG calls, EP folds, MP calls.
Pot is about $30. Turn is
. I'm thinking that card was very bad for me. They check to me, I check behind. I'm hoping for a miracle straight flush card of course.
River is
, a blank. UTG bets $10 into the pot, MP folds. I make a crying call because it's just 1/3 of the pot. But I can feel in my bones it's a milking bet. It's big enough to be a bet from a big hand, but at the same time it's clearly a bet that wants to be called. He shows his
[8c] for the turn full house.
I feel like I should have folded the river after the board paired on the turn. Agree? Disagree?
It's just 10 bucks but it bugs me. I had this read and didn't follow it.
