Here's what I think I've got so far:
1. PL is more complex than NL. It requires thinking more chess-like. Betting is more complex.
2. Big stacks have more power in PL than in NL.
3. Position if even more important than in NL.
4. Big pairs are more dangerous. By the time the pot has reached a level sufficient to drive out the drawers, they've either made or missed. Big pairs lose much more often in PL.
5. The turn is the most important street. Because it's cheaper to see the flop, the player who wins most often is the one who plays post-flop better. An expert can have you dead by the turn, or at least way behind.
I could use some help understanding each of these concepts. Some writers seem to know what they're saying, but have difficulty communicating it clearly.
