I've play 1K hands there now over the past two weeks.
1. Players are loose/passive for the most part. They call half the time and fold to aggression. Hard to get paid off for good starters.
2. One or two players are LAGs. They play every hand and run off the weak players. You end up winning a lot of $4 pots--including your $2 raise--and losing the occasional buy in when the idiots hit something. And they trade hitting. Almost implied collusion, sometimes.
I did better at Prima, but am using PT and GT+ to try to improve my game. Prima $10NL was a nice game for me...but $2/hr isn't very profitable. (Didn't play multi-table there, so I might have done better doing that.)
PP isn't that bad, honestly. It's just bad enough to make you improve your game. Long term, I'd say that's a definite +EV.
Oh...I find day games better than evening. Dunno why.
