I checked the turn to induce a bluff, obviously, and since there are no draws I just miniraised to keep him in the pot. The river bet is a valuebet. I figured that he's got to have *something* since he called my flop bet and check-raise on turn, but it's not a 5 and it's weaker than top pair.
A few moments later, this hand takes place.

I just called on the flop because I wanted to see a non-spade turn card before I put more money in. If he's on the flush draw he might very well re-raise all-in if I raise him on the flop, and I don't want to have to call that. When he re-raises me on the turn he's got to have something. When the river comes a spade I'm of course not happy, but his bet is so small that I'm fairly sure he doesn't have the flush so I call, even though I am worried about a two pair.
I won both hands, but I would really like to know how I could have played them better, ie: extracted more money.
