I know 100NL isn't "big money" but this REALLY made me lol.

Villain is a LAG in the sb and it's BOB - he completes, I make it 4 with AA, and he makes it 12...I make it 42, he shoves, I snap call...

He has 56s. Okay, I GUESS he has nearly the best hand he can given that I have AA and we're all in...but me flopping QUADS sure didn't help him...he didn't have running SFD outs, and I scoop...he left DAMN!

I've seen a lot of worse plays, but it's nice to know that even at $200 NL, some players will still chase a baby flush draw on the turn on a paired board and then pay off more than a full stack when they hit....

$400 NL last night at Bodog....

Hero gets [7s] OTB and raises to $16 first in, SB calls, he has like $350 to start the hand.

Flop is all rags with 2 spades. Check, I bet, he calls.

Turn is . SB checks, I bet my made flush for about 2/3 pot, he minraises, I decide to call.

River is and I have the nuts, too bad there's 4 spades out there. SB makes a blocking bet of like 40 bucks, I shove him all-in, he calls and shows [Qc].

I was sure I had blown it when that 4th spade came, but he paid me off anyway.
