Your "plan" to skirt the upcoming change in regulatory status by providing falsified or forged documents in an effort to misrepresent the legal address is certainly illegal. As far as discussing it, thats probably not illegal, more just moronic. No offense man, maybe you didnt know. But if you did try to sell these "services" my hunch is that 1.) no one would be dumb enough to buy them and 2.) if someone did buy the false addresss, you would likely be prosecuted by the proper authorities.

I don't think it's illegal to discuss circumventing a law that isn't a law yet. But as soon as GWB puts pen to paper, it is.

Still, the point is that U.S. "fish" drive the poker online economy and they might be going away as a result of this bill. They won't go to extreme means to play. If it's hard, they'll just find another hobby.

If they and their money are gone, what incentive do the big fish or sharks have to work hard at playing poker online?

The fate of online poker seems to rely on a few things:

1) How will the Poker sites react to this legislation?

2) How will online funds transfer services react to this legislation?

3) Can a strong enough "Poker lobby" be created to convince the U.S. lawmakers to establish a legal way to play Poker for real money online?
