Epilogue...
After the 4th call, I get through to a Neteller person... She asks me a few questions... Puts me on hold for a minute... I ask her why it hasn't been released, since this is the 6th business day... She gives me a verbal shrug, asks if I know anyone else that has a Neteller acct...I tell her I know about 500 people that have one... Tells me to change my password, and releases the funds...
Meh...

This took place today at 9 a.m. EST. Looks to me like their "May take up to 5 business days" is total BS as from the chat I had with them it sounds as if it will always take AT LEAST 5 business days. And even though they aren't based in the US, they didn't consider Labor Day as a business day even though it was only a holiday in America.
