This took place today at 9 a.m. EST. Looks to me like their "May take up to 5 business days" is total BS as from the chat I had with them it sounds as if it will always take AT LEAST 5 business days. And even though they aren't based in the US, they didn't consider Labor Day as a business day even though it was only a holiday in America.
