My initial reaction was that it didn't seem like too big a deal. But, upon learning that there are special No Knock warrants that law enforcement can get (with proper judicial oversight on a case-by-case basis), I have to agree that this was a bad ruling.
I'm curious to hear Iceman's take on this...
