Okay, I've seen some posts about isolation lifts and what not and let me just say, do yourself a favor and stick to complex lifts, if you're going to be lifting weights at all. I know all the body building routines have you doing like 52 sets of 28 cable curls for awesome looking biceps, but please, stick to doing heavy pulling exercises like pullups, the various rows, and deadlifts. You'll actually get more of a size benefit than doing isolation lifts alone. I'm not completely against them, as I think doing lifts for fun is great for morale, but having a routine where the majority of the lifts are isolation is just not conducive to strength or size development.
Flame me if you will, but don't get brainwashed by the faggotry you read in Men's Health. Consult REAL trainers and read their articles before putting together and starting a routine.
