An appetizer of Stuffed Artichoke hearts.
Antipasta course.
Second course of white flour and Ricotta cheese Gnocchi.
For the main course I would suggest Jarrets d'Agneau a la Grecque(baked lamb shanks surrounded with tomatoes and orzo).
Dessert would have to be a dark chocolate mousse.

I would suggest a red wine with this meal. But I like 'em all, so don't ask me which.
