The problem is I don't think playing LAG is as profitable in Vegas as just grinding. I have found that the profitability of playing LAG is the ability to win with a CB, the increased likelyhood of stacking someone if you hit, and inducing more bluffs because of increased agression. It just seems to hard to get people to fold in Vegas to make the aggression worth it, the chances of stacking someone in a unraised pot is pretty much the same as a raised pot, my CB bets winning is much smaller. It seems that 40/2 is the best way to win in Vegas, well atleast for those that hit flops and win when they get it in with the nuts.

As online poker goes, I am having a lot of fun playing LAG on Cake. I had a nice 4 buy in first day on cake, its been a little tougher going since, not that I am losing but my win rate has slowed a little. Playing LAG my swings have been pretty big. I ran hot yesterday was up to up 8 total buyins. Then I made a really bad call with 76 on 765 board, decent player leads $4, PFR calls, I raise to $14, good player pushs for $35 more and I make a bad call. He flopped the str8 of course. Then a couple hands later, I raise AJ flop is JT9 with 2 clubs . I bet $5 get called, turn is a 2s. I bet $14(i should have checked behind). Villian pushs I fold. Back down to 6 buy ins up.

Good news: I'm winning pretty steady on cake.
Bad News: I cant read these players for anything.

I raise to AQ flop is AJ3, I bet$8 get called. Turn is a Q. I bet $20 and dood CRAI for $14 more with A9o

I raise to $2 with 88 get called by button. Flop is 2 clubs. I bet $4 get called. Turn is a red ace. He checks, I bet $8. He calls again river A. He checks, I check behind. He has A8 with no club. HUH??

I call a $2 from the button with flop is 6 . There is $6 in the pot, dood bets $10. Well WTF I'm ahead of AA. I make it $30, he over pushs $15 more with ....... AK no diamond.

I raise to $2 with , sb calls. Flop is 882. He push for $25 huh? I cant see him doing that with a better 8 and again against bad players I really dont want to fold anything because there is such a huge donk factor, I call he has AA.

I limp from the button family pot with flop is A46. I bet pot $3 UTG calls. Turn is 7 BB leads half pot. Huh he cant have limped UTG with 35. I call, river is a T. He leads half pot again. I call because I am so confused I dont know WTF is going on. He has KQo for no pair no draw.

I raise to $3 with QQ. Flop is Qd 7d 2d. I bet $7 get called by the SB. Turn is a ofsuit 3 I bet $15. He calls again. River is Kd, he pushs for $16, I fold, he shows 55 with no diamond.

My mouth is salivating just reading those hands.

Well I'm back to running like total ass. Over the last 3 days I've flopped 2 sets. I keep moving forward then hitting a ceiling, even running cold I was managing to not lose to much. 2 pairs have been killing me. The first one was funny, I flop top 2 and my roomatte is watching over my shoulder. He says nice 2 pair vs aces, your way ahead. LOL@Roomate little does he know how hot I run. The 2nd one was against the table moron, chopping to me is like winning because I managed to not lose with a 3:1 fav. The last last hand I play like a complete idiot, I was totally steaming, and it is just in there to show myself that even in really soft games I need to know when I am to steamed to play.

Overall it was a prettty decent day, the players on cake are awful as usual. I was up to almost 18 buyins at one point after going on a nice rush, it has been a little while since I ran hot so it felt pretty good. I made one bad play I wish I hadn't make. Overall I played pretty well. The set over set for double stacks sure didnt help but I ended the day at 16 buy ins. Only 8 more and I will move up to $100 NL. I made a nice read calling an all in with KK on an ace high flop for a 3/4 stack.

My one really bad play, I don't have the HH so from memory. I call a raise with 44 dlop is 4T9 with 2 spades. I lead pot get called by one player. Turn is a K, I pot again he mins. I make a bad calls river is a brick. He pushs I call again and of course he had QJ. I played the hand like shit and deserved to lose.

The entertaining portion of the night. The moron from the hand below and I have some history. First hand I am the BB with . Flop is 2. I pot, he calls, turn is an offsuit Queen . I check, moron bets $1 into a $5 pot. I call, river is a K giving me broadway. I bet $5 he calls. He had the all powerful A9o and makes some moronic comment like "riduculos". Um ok retard. So next hand I am in the SB with 43 he is the BB. I complete flop is 439 I pot, and pot turn and river, he calls me with a naked nine and proceeds to tell me how awful I am. So he goes broke at this table like most reatrds do. I move to another table later, he is there and more trash talk ensures. The guy actually googles my SN and starts talking shit about my myspace pic the one I posted here with the huge Goatee. Then this bloody abortion of a hand, after the hand he thanked me, saying its nice when the idiot doubles you up. Umm seriously retard way to get you money in good, 2 outs is a lot with one card to come. At least he was a bad enough player to not buy in full and it only cost me about $20

I seriously forget what its like to win consistanly, I am back to the same fucking point again. i play agressive win a ton of pots, get up some money than its time for my usual ugly cold deck followed immediatly by the ugly suck out. I play for 2 hrs am up to 17 buy ins then this fucking BS comes almost at the same time, what the fuck do I have to do to get a hand to hold up. I've been spinning my fucking wheels and breaking even for almost 4k hands now, I am glad I cant get that poker ev grapher for Cake because I might have to join MVP in suicide. I dont get it I used to be a winning player, this has been so long with this shit I dont know if I am really a winning poker player. It like hitting a brick wall and all of a sudden since februray I just cant run hot and keep chips.
