I think it was the other way around...Molina hit someone else with the all-in button after he pushed his chips in.

And that's poker in the double naughts...'03, '04, '05,'06...even POKER has become PC.
Can you imagine in the old West, playing poker, wearing iron, Wyatt Earp or Hickok says F word at a game and the bartender telling him he gets a 15 min. penalty?!!
Or in the early days of Vegas, Johnny Moss, Amarillo Slim, Puggsy Pearson and Doyle playing...and getting a penalty?! while everyone at the table is packing.
Now that's quick thinking!
