The differences BETWEEN black/white is SMALLER than the differences WITHIN whites (and similarly, blacks). So the genetic differences between two white people is likely LARGER than between a white and black person.

Certainly it's well known that black Africans are by far the largest reservoir of humankind's genetic diversity (unsurprising as we evolved in Africa).
This means that if you take two random Africans (and this probably holds true for African Americans also) there will likely be more genetic difference between them than between either of those Africans and Ice (or me). To speak of 'Africans' or 'African Americans' as a single racial group is ridiculous.

There are different 'racial' genetic markers as certain mutations evolved after the African exodus (so a Celt or Polynesian or Aborigine 'race' can be identified to that extent) but the actual genetic differences between these races are tiny and there is absolutely no evidence that they have any significant behavioural effect.

As I stated earlier in this thread, what Ice is identifying as 'racial' differences in behaviour aren't - they are cultural ones. This doesn't make them any less real, it's just that you are talking about memes not genes...
