Would anyone still press the button if everyone else in the world had the same button?

I know a guy who is extremely selfish. He doesn't recycle, he spits his gum out on the sidewalk, he will try to rip everyone off if he knows he won't get caught, etc etc etc... And yes he WILL NOT get caught or get into trouble for any of this. But is he justified to behave this way even though he won't get caught? Everyone who answered yes to the original question is just like this guy.

I have been thinking about this question, and at first thought, my answer was clearly YES. However, the more i think about it, the more i am inclined to not press it.
