I recently got a job on campus because I've just been playing cards for money for the past two years and felt it was time I got some work experience under my belt. I got a job working at Wetzel's Pretzel's about two weeks ago.
I am the only worker who is not an asian girl, and whenever absolutely ANYTHING heavy needs to be lifted (we have to move some 5 gallon containers of syrup) they ask me to do it. They just ASSUME since I'm a male I'm stronger than they are, and expect me to do the lifting. They also ASSUME since I'm a foot taller than them, I should be able to get anything down from a high shelf. Those sexist bitches, it's like I'm not even a person but their own personal crane.
Every day I leave work to go to class I expect to see fellow Bruins rallying for my cause, trying to put these atrocities to rest, but I always remain dissapointed. They're too busy with their "Got black students" campaign or protesting "Tazoring isTerrorism!" or whatever the newest club is, so I must ask the BTP community for advice.
Basically, here are my questions:
How much should I sue for?
Should I sue Wetzel's, UCLA, or the state of California?
Should I sue on grounds of racism, sexism, or both?
Is it ok to move up in stakes without earning 40 full stacks at the previous level if my bankroll now permits it after the lawsuit?
The better player should win the race. Always.
