If you are playing against opponents that are better than you no amount of discipline in the world is going to allow you to come out ahead of the game in the long run. The VAST majority of all the money you will ever make in poker comes from opponents that are weaker in skill than you, and disclipline is a part of that skill component but only a piece of the puzzle necessary to beat the game to the fullest extent, and the greater the difference in the skill level of you and your opponent the greater +EV in your corner. If you are content with playing against the toughest opposition you can find and trying to outdiscipline them then good luck as for me I'll take a table with several Mr. AnyTwoWillDo's and take my chances there.

Position. Position. timing. Position.

I was a break even player until i finally figured out that position isn't just important, it's the MOST important.

even 73o is a winning hand if played at the right time.
