Any good web sites where I can read about the "computer simulations" and "mathematical formulas"?

Most people come up with their own and aren't eager to share them with others.

That's a pretty famous college basketball one.

Howard Lederer made a comment in Bluff to NOT become a handicapper unless you're willing to put in 40hrs/week...if you're not willing to work your ass off, he said don't bother to try and make EV at it long term...but...by all means have FUN.

I can't think of many like-for-like match ups in the NBA i'd like LESS than picking the rockets over the clips. Kaman is always going to restrict Yao's production, Houston's slow backcourt (esp. if T-Mac is struggling) is going to struggle to stop Mobley and Cassell creating their own shots and getting good looks outside from it, and Houston have NO-ONE who can guard Brand, and I mean no-one. I think Houston's biggest leak when they're at full strength is Howard's weak one-on-one game against forwards who can score. Ugly pick, striker :P
