If you did, you will love this:

Even if you didn't and want to see what tech support people sometimes have to deal with, or know ANYTHING about a computer, read this and have a good laugh.

"PEBCAK" - problem exists between chair and keyboard. Good stuff, guys.

I also like the old "my cupholder broke" story - the guy who was using his CD-ROM drive as a cupholder. True or not, it's wonderful.

I once saw someone pick up the mouse and put it on the monitor screen and slide it all around tying to get the curser/pointer to move.

I've read about someone trying to get a floppy disk out of the drive by first using a knife to pry it out. When then didn't work, he melted some butter, poured it in to help try to slip it out. When that didn't work, he called tech support and was told that he should try using the eject button before performing surgery on a computer. He didn't understand why they would cover the cost to fix the damage done to his computer since it was so complicated.
