This comes down to a choice between the integrity of the game and the possiblity for increased profits.

A couple points:

If you let them continue, other people might start cheating too and then say it's okay because these two do it and nobody has complained. Plus, these two could become better cheaters.

These two sound really really bad anyway, so I think they're still going to be big donators as long as they keep playing.

So, personally, I would try to get them to stop so long as I thought I could keep them in the game.

P.S. I'll probably be in Vancouver sometime this month and I am a big fish in live games.

I don't know if the tourny one is cheating...I think that it is, but barely. Cuz you can do that in a cash game...so I dunno.

2nd one...100% cheating...that's collusion. EXPLICIT collusion...you'd get banned from an online site if they caught you doing that.

Well our next game is tonight, I'll report what happens to the cheaters!

If they continue to lose money, I say let them play. If they start winning, buy a hammer and watch Casino.

I would be ashamed to admit I just let people cheat me. You are obvisouly afraid of them. Since you did not mention the smell of gunsmoke, I am sure this did not happen in Texas.
