2/4 limit hold'em full tables

MADE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

I won $65 today, meaning that I made it to the next level and will be playing 3/6. I will play there until I make 300 big bets of the next level which is 5/10 at the two sites. That means I have to make $3,000 (300 times 10) at each site to move up.

That is if I continue to play according to this plan. I may take some time off this plan to chase bonuses at other sites, don't know yet. I welcome any bonus chasing suggestions you may have for me for full ring limit.

To recap the activities of the 2/4 level. I started at this level on September 3, 2005 at the first site, and completed it on January 3, 2006 (4 months). During this time I also played some at the second site. I started exclusively at the second site on that January 3, 2006 and completed it today (1 month).

In the winning hand I had against . The final board was . My pair of aces beat the pair of tens.

Activity for 02/05/2006

My first significant win at the new level. I won $139 today, and it could have been more, but I lost a king high flush to an ace high flush. I made the flush on the river, too. Ugh. I hate when that happens.

I made a flush and a straight today that I won.

Still no sets flopped. Sets flopped were 0 for 3 today. That's 0 for my last 24 sets. Needless to say way below average. But still I'm winning.

Flush draws made were 2 for 2 1/2. Lost one of the flushs to a higher flush as described above.

Today some of my lesser hands were actually holding up to win, like aces with a bad kicker, a pair of sixes, and a pair of eights (twice ).

I won $20 at the main site and lost $7 at the alternate side, for a net gain of $13.

Still no sets flopped. I was 0 for 7 today and 0 for 31 for the last 3 days.

I did make 3 flush draws today to keep my head above water.

I played for a short time and won $37. I think that the plan is to play just a short while each day, and then quit, hopefully when I am up. Probably won't be reporting hand statistics, because they won't be meaningful.

I am up today because I made a flush draw on the river. I had against .

The board was . I made the nut flush and my opponent made the second nut flush. The betting was capped on the river. It was nice to be on the right side of the outcome. I've been in plenty of hands where I've had the second nut flush and lost to the nut flush.

I played for a little while and ended up $47.
