Flop , J86 all hearts
Turn, 9 spades
River, 4 of hearts

I have the Ace high flush here, why did I lose to a King high flush?

No no no, don't listen to him he's just kidding. You just lost because your opponent had K3s which is special since a crabblar flush actually beats an Ace high flush in PLO8. By the way I'm just gonna play some PLO8, you want to play HU instead of FT? It's much easier.









Yeah yeah, Kuso is right, Basics of Omaha, you *have toi use exactly two of your hole cards to make your hand*. In O8 you can use 2 for your high and 2 others for your low but you have to use exactly 2 from Your hand to make the hand.

If you have AAAA you have a pair of aces and no chance of improvement since you can't make a flush or set. If you have AAA2 (the only playaböe trip hand) and you flop an Ace, you have a set, not quads.

So if I have KKA2

And the board reads 345KK

Do I have Quad K's and the low A2345

or just one or the other?

Cougar you basically are playing two hands, if it makes it easier you can look at it as 2 pots. You must play exactly 2 cards for each pot, they can be the same, if you had [[2h] you would have played the for both the high and low pot. In you KK hand you would play the KK for high and the A2 for low.
