well, i posted my and posts in similar fashion, so why not continue with 2000?

thankfully it took me a full three months to get the extra thousand, but three of those weeks were virtually dead due to limited internet access.

i still seem to be posting a wee bit too much as compared to my poker playing, but usually it's when i've been drinking or i'm too fatigued to play my A-game.

*sigh*

anyway, it was exciting to become a BTP mod since the last gratuitous post, and i hope that i've sucked less than briachek and MK at fulfilling my duties.

the super-secret invitation-only porn forum is still going strong, but MVP has just about put himself on the black-list by not really posting a decent LV trip report -- esp. since $1000/hr hookers are involved. he had the perfect chance to make a contribition to this esteemed forum, and, well, he screwed the pooch.

the 3000th post may take a while, as i'm moving (to a house) and my wife is finally finishing grad school, so we'll be living together at last. as much as i hate to say it (well, not really), hangin' with my wife is ++++++++++++++++EV.

i'm contemplating changing my avatar (at least temporarily) to another chinese character so that we can see if anyone else can figure out the meaning. MVP, of course, knew that my current avatar (pronounced "kuso" in Japanese) means "poop" (as he so eloquently put it). i imagine that he knows this word in myriad languages due to his scatalogical predilections, but that's really fodder for another post.......

anyway, if anyone want to play guess-the-kanji, chime in with a reply. there are definitely some good ones.
