I have TT on the CO and after 2 limpers I raise. BB calls and others fold.

Flop. 9 - 2 - 7. Check, I bet, he raises and I reraise, he calls.

TURN. 5. He check I bet and he calls.

RIVER. 3 He leads I call.

He shows 33 and takes it down.

Another onother one.

I have KK on the button. MP raises, I reraise, Sb calls, MP reraises I call, SB calls.

FLOP. Checked to me. I bet, SB calls MP raises I reraise SB calls and MP calls.

Turn. SB checks, MP bets, I raise, SB calls and MP calls.

River. SB leads , MP calls, I raise, SB reraise, MP says "dammit! bunch of fishes! I am laying down AK here!" I call.

He flips over WTF!!!

I told MP he played like a fish when he didnt cap on the turn. Didnt he?

I want to know if there are obvious mistakes on this hands. Remember I just started and I´m playing ABC, very aggressive withthe goods only. I am chasing with proper odds only. I havent read anything but the post from piers, which I think is enough to beat this guys.

I was raped with runner runners anything ll day long. Ended with 78 down. but was happy because my reads were good and I hads been pushing with the best.- Too bad I was outdrawn all the way. Oh well, I guess it´ll change...

Are the games so bad always in all sites at these stakes??

First hand - fine, nothing you can do.
Second hand . also good, whether he should threebet(not cap, two bets to him if I'm not too tired) the turn depends on your table image, I'd do it against most of my opononents, and he probably should if you're playing a decently aggresive game.

About the games being bad: Yes, just about everuwhere, shorthanded games below 5-10 have plenty of suckers. That last hand though is of course a tad extreme...

I know about high variance in thsoe game,Kuso. I dont really care much about it because I am playing only 1/2 ATM.

Yesterday only I lost about 7 pots to runner runners. I dont think it gets worse than that

. Also, I ended down 38BB.

Better luck Alex. I would suggest you look up MK's thread about short handed play. His advice in those is pretty solid in my opinion.

That second hand I think you should just call that river bet as awful as it seems that he hit runner runner flush in most cases that is going to be the case here particularly when he is in against two oppoents who he knows are going to call he won't be running some bluff here and most of the time you are going to see exactly that flush although it will most of the time be paired up.
