Meeting the Party Poker Maniac for the first time (3 hands)

Postby Stoneburg » Thu Nov 10, 2005 12:52 pm

First time playing at Party since I started playing 2 years ago. I haven't played ANY poker in a while and I'm afraid I'm very rusty. Will post several hands from this session. I'm playing $25 since I haven't been able to get enough mony into Neteller and I'm not comfortable on this skin yet.

I've heard a lot about the maniacs on Party and this was the first time I met one. He was immediatly on my right which has its benefits as well as drawbacks. His vpip was about 50% and he would pretty much max raise every hand he played preflop.

Only one overcard, I figure I am good most of the time, want to keep pot size down obviously and let him bluff off whatever he feels like.

Obviously trying to induce a bluff, I figure if he has *anything* that he will call with he will bet it. No way this guy checks a draw or a pair.
