Postby MVPSPORTS » Sat Nov 05, 2005 4:10 pm

I completely HATE the way I played this, but was kinda confused during the hand.... Should I have reraised the origional raiser and folded to a push... Bet out the turn..?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed)

UTG+1 ($157.70)
MP1 ($39)
MP2 ($233.85)
CO ($114.65)
Button ($124.50)
Hero ($92.50)
BB ($113.85)
UTG ($90.35)

Preflop: Hero is SB with [Kc], [Qh].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $1, MP1 calls $1, 3 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($4) [2c], [5c], [Qc] (4 players)
Hero bets $3, BB calls $3, UTG+1 folds, MP1 raises to $7, Hero calls $4, BB calls $4.

Turn: ($25) [7c] (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $10, MP1 folds, Hero calls $10.

River: ($45) [8c] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $15, Hero calls $15.

Final Pot: $75

Yeah I would have led out on the turn. For probably about $20. The problem is that if you get called...what do you do on the river? Tough situation.

FWIW I think you are beat.

Since the raiser is short stacked, I think I put him all in. The BB may have the [Ac] and you dont want him hanging around unless hes willing to play a monster pot.

if he only has the naked [Ac]. He has 11 outs and he has odds to continue unless you really blast him.
