2/4 pokeroom
opponent is a decent player. He's a regular that usually wins.

dealt KK in the sb. MP raises to $15. I opt to only call and we are heads up.

FLOP$34
[4h][7s][8d]

I was gonna lead out...but then opted to check raise. I check..he bets $15..I raise to $50 he calls.

TURN$134
[4h][7s][8d][Qc]

I really don't like that card. I decide to bet smaller then usual..sort of a blacking bet against QQ and AA but a value bet against 99-JJ, AK, AQ.. I bet $50. He calls.

RIVER $234
[4h][7s][8d][Qc][Kd]

yay! I bet $100 with top set. Opponent calls quickly behind with QQ!!!

WTF?!?! I was gonna check in front, make another check raise.. but i figured i would let him raise me with QQ and get a value call against AA and JJ.

Didn't quite work the way I thought it would.

I marked this guy down as extermely tight/passive and moved on.

This disease must be catching - check this beaut at the Party 5/10 (6 max):

UTG raises to 35 ($2400), I call with 44 ($1700), LP calls.

Flop [4d] [Js] [Ah]. Pot = $120

UTG bets $60, I call, rest fold.

Turn [4d] [Js] [Ah] [Kc]. Pot = $240.

UTG checks, I bet $175, UTG calls.

River [4d] [Js] [Ah] [Kc] [6s] Pot = $590

UTG checks, I bet $400, UTG calls and shows [Jd] [Jc]!

LP said it best after the hand with - "Boy did you get off easy"

Lucky for me, the table broke up shortly afterward, and I got to play heads up for about 30 mins with this guy. To say he was predictable was an understatement - he check-called down with top pair, middle pair, check-folded with nothing, and only bet/raised with the stone cold nuts. I took him for about 2k.

Nice hand Kenny - I love hitting 2 outers.

Had one yesterday where I had QQ and a guy called my flop bet with 55 on a 993 board. He hits a 5 on the turn, slowplays, and I catch my Q on the river. Wear it bitch!
