Pot = $5
Flop is 4h5d7h Giving me a made straight and inside straight flush draw -- nice!!
I lead out for $5 hoping to get raised...no such luck UTG+1 calls so does MP (all of us have full stacks)
Pot=$20
Turn = Ad (lovely brick)
I bet $20 - UTG+1 calls, MP folds
(I've seen UTG+1 call down on flush draws twice in the last 2 orbits so that's what I put him on - I'm hoping the Ace hit him)
Pot=$60
River = 7c (possible full house, but I'm thinking a set would have raised by now) I decide to check and possibly induce a bluff since a busted flush draw, even w/ a pair of Aces is unlikely to call a sizable bet)
Opponent bets $30 which seems like a bluff, I call and he shows (drum roll please) Ac7s for a runner-runner full house!

Well that sucked, but after cleaning the vomit off my keyboard I realized that I made a really good play there. If he had missed I gave myself the most likely way to win some additional $$$ and saved myself some $$$ by not betting and then having to call a raise. I probably would not have called an all-in but a min-raise would have been hard to fold to. Does anyone disagree with my thinking?
