I really was expecting the turn-raise to knock out SB so I can keep the pot isolated between BB and I. Didn't work out quite as I expected, but seems SB had a weak holding anyway. In retrospect, my flop bet-call then turn-raise could mean many things to the TAG BB. I seriously doubt he thought "oh crap he has QJ, I'm folding!"

With the SB in the hand, it's much less likely that the BB is bluffing here. With size of the pot as it is though, I think you still have to make the call, what with overcards and the not-to-be-underestimated draw to a draw.
