Everybody hates minraises, but ....

Yes, minraises almost always suck. But come on, this one is OK, isn't it?

Bodog $100 NL. I have a full stack and opponent has me well covered.

[As][Js] in MP, limp in. It's 6-way to the flop.

Flop ($6) [Kc][Qh][Ts] :D

EP bets $3, a fold, I call, another fold, LP raises to $12, a fold, EP folds, I call.

Turn ($33) [7h]

I check as quickly as I can. LP thinks about it and bets $31. I have $90 left.

What's my play?

(1) Flat call.
(2) Minraise.
(3) Raise all-in.

I went with #2. That leaves him with the opportunity to feel like he can push his stack in and get some folding equity (HA!!), rather than having to call all-in. He does just that, and I call of course and beat his two pair when a blank falls on the river. :D :D

Is there any correct play on the turn here other than minraising?
