well, first off i think that that flop bet is way to small. It has to be pot size or evena lil bigger IF u are gonna lead out. I think a C/R is the best way to play this hand for sure. Let the EP (PFR) bet on this flop. Which most do like 90% of the time. He woulda led for around the pot ($12.50). Then hit him with a C/R..somewhere in the neiborhood of around $36.IMO.

However, one could make an argument that a PFR may check that flop. Due to its high co-ordination. Then my friend you made the right play to lead out (just too small). So theres my .02 cents.

This is why I LIKE playing SCs in a raised pot. If the pot were unraised, then I'd worry a lot about my two pair receiving heat, because a suited connector that is double paired is almost always a straight draw too.

But this pot is raised which means you are probably against a big pair type hand. I'm not too scared of that flop because I doubt he raised Q10. So I just call his reraise. By just calling you don't give away what you have ( I think his bet was to test you).

My read is he has an overpair like AA-QQ. If the turn is a blank, then he'll really have trouble folding his hand. I also check the turn for that reason with hopes of check raising large.
