I'm another Brit - Richard, a 42 year old (I think?) IT systems designer (as the job title has it) trying to improve his game and make a little more income at 50NL.

I've been browsing this site for quite a while now, and particularly like the NL ring game advice/debates here. I'm an avid (ab)user of PokerTracker and PA HUD, so I may bore you with some stats at some point.

LoL, I would've welcomed you sooner, but then you started talking about No-limit poker, IT systems design, and PokerTracker. Sadly, these are the only three things in the universe that I have positively no understanding of Nevertheless, welcome aboard! There's plenty of people on here who aren't me, and can therefore provide fabulous advice on improving your game...and perhaps on improving your "IT systems design" skills as well. Whatever the fuck that means...
