thanks for putting your stats on this post. I love having something to compare mine too.
I have 22k hands with almost the exact numbers at $50 nl. you can win money with these #'s but not very much. I would expect something between 2.75 and 3.5 BB/100 to be more accurate.

GooperMC, one of the biggest adjustments I have to make playing smaller games online is not to try to steal pots. Even in some of the loose $50 games it -ev. It is hard to take money from bad players without hands. Good luck with your experiment but what I think you are going to find is that you are only going to fold them when you have the best hand.

30?! Yow...I play perma small roll - usually no more than 10 buy ins at any time and do fine...all you need is really low variance play

Yes but if you busted out you would rebuy yes rather than start back on the 1c/2c tables, so your roll isn't really just 10 buys ins.

I managed a 28 buy in ($700) downswing soon after starting out on the $25 tables (which didn't wipe me out) and ever since I've taken a very conservative approach to bankroll management - I now have a 40 buy-in rule so I'm waiting for my spare cash to hit $8000 before moving up to the $200 tables..

Besides which there are the psychological benefits of being massively over-rolled in that it's muc easier to avoid tilt when you get stacked by a bad beat.

That said from the stuff posted above, I'd say that the original poster can take a shot at the $50's now if he wants (because he is tight, seems much better than the muppets at the $50 tables and has other PLO winnings he can use as a roll)

FISH when I looked into it I thought PokerOffice was better too; however, beacuse everybody and their mother uses Poker Tracker I decided to get it too. Having everyone use the tools that you use really helps when you have problems. Notice that BTP has entire section dedicated to PokerTracker.
