i agree with rhound. these are the hands though that I think its only marginally profitable because too many times you find some guy with a 7 or 3 that will call you and bluff you out on the turn. These are hands I hate.

A big check-raise is also effective. You are then represting two pair, big draw, set, etc etc.

I hate the check-raise idea here at that level since so many donks with 77 (or higher) are going to the felt with you. Bet pot as a steal, and if you get called expect to need to improve and feel your way around the hand from there.

Check/fold. Too many people in the pot, you're likely to get played with and there is no way you can win a big pot. 4 people behind you plus the SB might be sandbagging, the only worse hand that will call is a straight draw which I would still prefer over your hand, especially with position. Don't bother trying to "defend" these sorts of hands in multipots, just let them go.
