JJ in a live $1/$2 game

Postby Gnosis » Mon Sep 26, 2005 1:07 pm

Had an interesting hand this weekend in a live $1/$2 NL game this weekend.

a LAGgy player raises to $8 UTG (around 100 behind)
a loose weak player calls (around 70 behind)
a semi loose aggressive calls - very good player (around 180 behind)
I call with JJ (I have the big stack at the table with around $350)
two players behind me call
the loosest player in the game re-raises to $16 on the button
blinds fold

All the players in front of me call the additional $8.
The pot is ~80.
Whats your play?

Note on the re-raiser - his re-raise is not indictive of a big hand - he often will do this with drawing hands to build huge pots PF

The worst case isn't that you pick up 80...it's that you get stacked when you reraise hard against QQ-AA, which is likely what would happen! If not that, then AK.
