(1) Gaming Club is PT compatible. Bodog is not.

(2) No clue.

(3) If you like PT and GT+ then switch to a site where you can use them. If you don't, don't. If you've never used them, you should probably try them out to see how you like them.

But the real answer is: Sign up for LOTS of sites and play them all a few times, then stick with the ones you like best.

1.- All sites except bodog.

2.- Bodog is the site where I win the most and should be good for any TAG because they call and call. Players seeing flop are generaly above 40-50% in the NL$50!

3.- Dont think so. Even when it is a great tool, my best winning rates are at AP and Bodog. AP is PT compatible and I think recently became GT+ compatible but I dont use it. I load the HH manually and I lost a few of them.

Since you are playing the lower sakes I would recommend to chase bonuses, since they can make a difference in your earnings. I built my BR being a lightly losing player with bonus. I lost at a smalller rate than the bonus clearing rate.
