If this is 10 handed you are being too agressive. It is even too agressive for shorthaned I would say.

My flop agg is 7.6
turn is 4.61
river is a 2.59

for 50Nl over 6k hands. I have a 9ptbb/100 winrate so I don't think your too aggressive at all.

i don't think it's necessarily too aggressive. remember that your aggression # deals also with your fold %...not just your bet/raise %. i personally would argue that at NL$25 or $NL50....the less you're calling, the better. also remember that the relative difference between an AF of 6 and an AF of 7 is much smaller than the difference between an AF of 1 and an AF of 2. someone told me once....i think it was either K3nt or Kalle.....it's only "too much" aggression if its costing you money. as long as you're not constantly running bluffs against the table...i wouldn't worry about the #'s too much.

besides....even if it's not perfectly optimal for the stakes you're at. it's pretty good practice for when you move up.

Thanks for the insight everyone. I've decided to tone down the aggressiveness just slightly, and over 3k or so hands i've had a PFA factor of around 4 which has served me well. I was definitely trying to push people off hands which is not a good idea NL50 so i've stopped that, but when I do have a hand, I play it with the same level of aggression as before. So far, so good :)
