Its all folds to MP who limps, i look down and see (99) and i limp, then the BB checks as well. The flop somes down 9TJ. The BB bets the pot, the MP calls, then I push ALL-IN. I am thinking is this.

With KQ on of them woulda raised PF, 89 is unklikey cause i have three of them, JT is likely and if the have Q10 I have outs. I just wanted to force them to make a decison for all their chips. Was this the right move??

By the way, the blind called me with J10 and rivered a J to beat me. But I thik this was good aggressive poker thoough.

I don't have a problem with it since its unlikely anyone has a higher set so you definitely have outs if you need them against a straight. This will add variance to your game but there are a lot of hands that you beat that will call this and many will be in worse shape than if they had JT or such. People will call with Jx and such.

Looks fine, but is a higher variance play.

But I disagree that people would raise with KQ... I certainly don't unless I'm stealing.
And of course suited-connectors are popular too...
