I am there right now and have been before.
I just moved up to the $50NL tables and I find the same fishes, or even more, in the case of Ultimate Bet. That is supposed to be very profitable they juts keep hitting. I went to Bodog and I am only showing 4.2PTBB/100 in over 3K hands.
there is nothing much I can do. I really think I am playing better than ever. My aggression numbers are way up and the W$SD is at 59%, which is a record high. I win 38% of flops seen, but it seems that when i decide to put all y chips in, someone is going to get lucky and hit their gut shot at my flopped top set. I dont know how much you play but I threetable for more than 6 hours a day and it s been for over 10K hands now. I can only show a very slight profit in that, and that comforts me (I come from making 14PTBB/100 in my last 12-13K hands in NL$25) because I know this is almost unbeliveable. It is not as my first 7K hands in UB, but I still cant win.
I am going to give u an example. I had $63 UTG and some one raised to 2.5. I called and UTG+1 Called. I had 99 and the flop came J 9 J. I checked, UTG+1 bet 6, MP (raiser) raised to 20. i thought for a while (to show some weakness) and called. UTG+1 raises all in to 38, the raiser calls and I decided to push .
The PF raiser flips AA and UTG +1 who is a fish friend of mine shows AK os hearts for the nut flush draw

I cleaned up and ended with $160...
On the next hand i am dealt 22 and flop came 2 K 6, The AA guy bets 3 and very Good TAG I pay much respect (I have played a lot against him in the $25 tables) a raises to 10 I raise to 20 and they both call. The turn is a six, and the AA guy pushes 30, TAG insta calls and i knew he had a FH, So I called. He also respect me, the river as a blank and he check I checked behind. He showed me K6 for a higher FH and i lost the 60+ i made in the previous hand. It s been like that for a while.
I cant remeber tilting in all this. If this is causing you to tilt I would recommend stop playing for a week or so. Come back with another state of mind.
