your over cards might not be live, so you probably have 12 outs. it is unlikely you can bluff this pot with multiple opponents. definately dont raise, i would call and hope to hit the river.

Flop play is fine, you're not getting anywhere near pot odds, but with that many people in the pot, i don't mind taking of a little and seeing if i can catch my 3 outer in hopes of busting one of 'em.

on the turn, folding is 100% out of the question. i'll assuming that no one has a hand like [Ac][Jc][ or [Ac][4c] - that would just be bad luck. so assuming that, you have 11 clean outs, and are getting almost 4;1 on the call. because of your position though, i think you have to just smooth calll. while i'd love to raise here and potentially build a pot/disguese my hand, i'd be worried about getting reraised by utg and being forced to fold this draw.

Assuming you hit, with $49 in the pot, i'd bet $30 if i hit the T and the full pot if i hit the club on the river.

I'm also not likely to put any more money into this pot if i hit one of my over cards, barring a tiny bet from one of the other two players in the hand.

I like the smooth call as well. No one will put a lot of weight on the gutshot if it comes and will probably pay you off and the same goes with the flush. People tend to ignore these more if they were unlikely holdings to call a flop bet. I take the same line as Stelvask except I'd bet the full pot on the T and 2/3 to 3/4 on the flush.

Raising is a bad idea here. The button is shortstacked and calling along, so if you raise, he's likely to come along - and right now, you have no showdown value. I just call and hope to hit. You should get paid a decent amount with either draw - both are well disguised.
