Hand 1--I push too. With spade draw, I'm charging and I also think they'll call your push.

Hand 2-- I definitely bet the pot (or 3/4 pot) there for many reasons. First, there's 2 spades so I'm charging the flush draw. Second, you raised the pot so chances are good that they got part of that flop. You want to press when you know you have the nuts and the other guy has a piece. Heck, AK might even raise you there. (in fact in SS1, DB talks about how he leads strong with AK and a QJ10 flop). Third, betting that pot gives you credibility later when you bet with nothing to steal it.
