2 questions on this one -

1) Anyone like my CR on the flop and
2) Call the all-in?

Here are my notes on Button, for what ever they are worth -

"raised 3xBB with AA, smooth called a re-raise and weak led on flop - then came all-in over a re-raise; smooth called with KK against raiser - checked twice (opponent checked behind) and then bet river"

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed)

Button ($1940)
SB ($2576.50)
BB ($1485.50)
UTG ($1980)
UTG+1 ($290)
UTG+2 ($1980)
Hero ($1950)
MP2 ($6630)
MP3 ($1657.75)
CO ($1807)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with [Ad], [Kh]. SB posts a blind of $10.
3 folds, Hero raises to $80, 2 folds, CO calls $80, Button calls $80, 2 folds.

Flop: ($270) [Kd], [2h], [7h] (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $125, Button calls $125, Hero raises to $600, CO folds, Button raises all-in to $1727, Hero....?

Your notes suggest he doesn't play AA or KK this way. 77 or 22 may be another matter.

Check-raise instead of leading out is a nice change. It also gets you extra information. The info here is that he can beat TPTK. Best-case scenario he's on a flush draw.

Bleah bleah bleah bleah bleah fold.

I dont think you can call the all in. At best you are tied with him. He could have the nut flush draw but I think he has a set way too often to call.

If he has a set I just can't see why he would flat call the flop bet. Wouldn't he want to raise to get any flush draws out? I guess since he is in position he might be planning on hoping for a safe turn card and then pushing... If he had AA with the [Ah] he might not be worried about a flush draw.

You have to call $1100 to win $2800+.

I think you're beat. Fold.

I would fold... but this might be why some people have balls of platinum and I got copper.
