just another example of an induced bluff

1/2 NL

I don't have a specific read on the opponent.

I limp in MP with [Qs][Js]. Opponent limps behind.blinds come in.

FLOP$8
[Ts][8s][3s]

Blinds check to me I bet $6. LP opponent calls and blinds fold.

TURN$20
[Ts][8s][3s][Jd]

I bet $15. Opponent calls.

RIVER$50
[Ts][8s][3s][Jd][3c]

I check. Opponent bets $25. I call.

Opponent shows [9d][9h].

The reason I checked the river was two-fold. If he had a higher flush (or full house) I get away from it cheaply, and if he was drawing, he might put a bet out to win the pot.

BTW, My opponent played this hand very badly. I actually think his river bet was the only thing I liked. At least then he was showing some aggression.
