Ive been betting $75 into the $95 pots which is what you have when you raise $40 and get a caller thats not in the blind. Improved or not

I do change it up sometimes, but for the most part I keep it at $75

Tepshen, you need to adapt to the circumstances. If 7 people see a flop, A high will never be the best hand and TPTK doesn't look very strong. With 2 people seeing the flop A high is good more often than not and TPTK is a monster.

When playing micro levels you really need to cut back on all your bluffs and focus on valuebetting. The correct way to beat it isn't to bluff with A high into a bunch of people and complain that they don't fold, but to bet your set into the same crowd and be happy that they're calling you with top-pair no kicker and raising you with bottom two.

I completely agree: the 2/3-3/4 bets do the job of a continuation bet much better than the 1/2 pot bets that Harrington suggests.
